SThree is an excellent place to work. The family culture and supportive working environment made it a pleasure to come to work everyday. The people that SThree hire are a credit to the company and are really valued by people at all levels. Working for SThree has provided me with a massive stepping stone in my career and allowed me to grow and develop different skillsets from day one. They are very inclusive and collaborative company and always had time to help you progress everyday. The managers act like your friends and counterparts rather than building a hierarchy and this really shapes the company culture and values that SThree possess. I feel like I am leaving family behind and the decision did not come easily when I decided to leave. If you join SThree, be reassured you have a bright future ahead of you if you work hard and have the determination to succeed.

Cons

I don't really have any cons to add to this company as I genuinely didn't have a bad experience. I suppose if I was to nit pick I would say that the base salary could be a little higher to get things moving as everyone progresses at a different pace and if you are motivated by money this could be something to think about.

There are a lot of great things about Sthree that I would like to tell people about. Everyone wants to progress in their career and Sthree offers an amazing opportunity for someone who is willing to work hard and learn from some of the best people in the business. The training is second to none. I can honestly say the people I work with are my close friends. There is an exciting culture in Sthree where there is always something to look forward to.

There are very few cons to working with us. The role itself is not easy so if you are willing to work hard and learn from some amazing people you will progress your career to new and exciting heights.

The opportunity to stay depends sometimes on good look or the mood of people who are on positions they not longer want to be, reason why the feel annoyed to help the starters. No clear instructions, poor explanation, very little time to learn a mess of stuff that they haven’t been working on for long periods . The attitude of a trainee can limit you from developing forward, so you have to do it almost by your own at the beginning with the little you get. Low structure by placement support. Easy positive talks to make you feel good, next moment they just reject you. Promises of contacting back, sound good, but don’t bother to even send a little message.

People get blindsided and fired week to week. Management definitely has favorites and makes it very clear. Business is also moving to a very micromanaged environment. You will also find yourself competing against your manager to build your book.
