    Cannot think of any Pros for SNC Lavalin

    Cons

    Treat their staff with discontent. Very intimidating management team who do not value the knowledge of their staff. HR management and staff is a big problem in this company. A Canadian company with a bad reputation that tries to cover it up by saying they have ethics when they don't !

    - strong name recognition despite recent scandals

    Cons

    - poor harmonization of acquired companies - acquired major companies in recent years and it has been individual initiatives to interface with others to get value added - no more vacation rollover - high overheard to projects does not correlate to good employee wages - poor benefits for a multinational company of its size - extremely manual towards training of new software or harmonized software - little training towards new accountabilities assigned to employees

    Zero, nothing good, no values, the values does not have any meaning

    Zero value for talents Management over powers HR Same grade personal have different policy for different regions, I went from Bangalore to Delhi I was put in a hotel called Fortune, where in people who travelled from UK were made to stay in Crown Plaza Indians can only FLY economy, where as other have business class options Salary and compensation are 60 - 80% in par with Market Talents gets Crushed by the Autocratic management style Employee Value Zero
