I worked at SAS Institute full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good colleagues and work life balance good. SAS products overall well received in market. Very focused on larger accounts

    Cons

Complete change in strategy in inside sales. No sales anymore, more like a Business development organisation. Weird customer contracts that is not suitable for the new world.

I worked at SAS Institute full-time

    Pros

work life balance is better than must companies

    Cons

The management understanding nothing about sales, Dublin is always fighting and loosing its battle with other territories for business instead of positioning it self as a strategic partner. The management is not accountable, no onbording program for new hires
