    Approves of CEO

I worked at Rubicon Project full-time

    Pros

    - Smart people. Free lunches. Growing revenues as of lately. - Relaxed office culture

    Cons

    - Overseas team is lackluster and sometimes difficult to work with - Using new technologies and going out of your way to improve things is often seen as a waste of time - Zero recognition for anything you do. I automated tons of processes and improve things people wanted all the time but nobody cared. - A culture of doubt rather than trust. - Request to switch roles constantly ignored.

    Advice to Management

Trust your employees. Listen to what they want to do to help the company grow. Don't resist improvement. Adapt to your employees wishes and understand what they are seeking in their career.

    Pros

    Cons

Not a lot of structure so it tends to be the wild, Wild West and confusing/frustrating when in need of answers.

    Advice to Management

Manage. There is no structure in engineering that promotes lower-level management to actually do their job. Given the companies history, it would great to take a step back and look at what the customer(s) need and look at overhauling the system. I'd also look at
