Pros
Very willing to invest time and money in employees. A lot of resources provided to support graduates, i.e. Graduate rotation program and Mentoring program. A very friendly working environment with helpful colleagues and regular events to encourage better bonding between colleagues. Management really cares about the employees and the well-being of employees. During the time of Covid-19, ROD tried its best to keep all the employees while not putting any financial pressure on employees. It managed to have the company running as normal. In the meantime, ROD offered assistance and delivery of equipment which made sure employees could work from home comfortably physically and mentally.
Cons
The rotation program can let graduates be exposed to different engineering fields, so graduates who would like to focus on any specific field may not be suitable.

Pros
A good company which treats its staff well and provides opportunities for staff development. Roughan O'Donovan is a friendly place to work. The company location is quite accessible and the offices are pleasant to work in.
Cons
Lack of good training opportunities. Should provide more training for staff at all levels including in England if necessary.Need to continue expanding the company to provide opportunites for employment growth including new departments and new locations. No clear strategy which employees can buy in to.

Pros
Great team and an enjoyable work environment. Lots of international team members. Big focus on helping more junior staff members develop and learn.
Cons
The company has grown a lot in the past few years so getting to know everyone is getting harder all the time.
