Pros
You gain so much experience in a short time because everything is up to you. Nobody is really supportive, you have to take case of things which you are not paid for. Lazy management sitting in officec, buying things online, facebooking, smoking and butching around to show you they are above you. Laughing stock of this company.
Cons
Incompetent and lazy management. The owner is blind to see what is happening within his own company and is listening to incompetent, lazy and corrupted management.
