    Pros

    Commission on top of hourly means you get paid better if you try harder. People are usually good to work with, teamwork is a positive as long as you have the right people.

    Cons

    Possibility of development is based on opportunities and not necessarily one's personal attributes. Can be hard to move up even if showing promise or leadership.
