      Don't even dare to Join. Most of people from Oracle Retail background know about this Company and Skip it.

      Pros

      Nothing specially. Only Pro is that you get few good people to work with. Couldn't express any Pro other than this.

      Cons

      The TORTURE starts once you resign. Ask at least one person who got their Relieving Letter without blackmailing or torturing. They don't let you go. Its only 1 way In. Most times you won't get relieving letter. Excess of work No professional Ethics They change the rules of the company according to them whenever they want.
