      (1) Starting wage is industry standard. (2) Free lunch snacks Fridays (pre-pandemic). (3) A few summer time free tickets to events (pre-pandemic). (4) Bi-monthly after hours trip to a bar near work for a couple of free beers and wings (pre-pandemic).

      Cons

      (1) Job roles grow vastly beyond job description. (2) Finger pointing blame games. (3) Management has no idea what the workers do. (4) Labor rights is more an idea than a law.
