Pros
They very clearly care about the wellbeing of their employees, and want to make sure everyone is happy working there. They also try to make sure everyone is always kept in the loop, knows where they want to take the company, and constantly takes feedback from employees. They also hold regular gatherings in the office to help everyone relax and have fun. There's also a very healthy development/code review culture and they try to follow best practices.
Cons
Honestly, there really isn't much in terms of downsides. Sometimes there can be a few too many meetings that you might not need to be in, but it's perfectly fine for you to say you don't need to be there and not attend (unless you actually need to be there of course haha).
