      Pros

      Salary paid on time, most of the colleagues are friendly, remote work

      Cons

      Absolutely no company culture (catchy slogans are definitely there but actually executing them in the business is non existent), no stability of employment, toxic „family” culture, the company claims to be consulting but let’s just say „nope”, no benefits at all (pto is laughable), no career progression plans

      I have no pros to speak of.

      I applied to a position at RE partners. There was a test, they told me what the passing mark would be. I scored well over that. They then told me the maximum compensation would be 20% below the minimum listed in the job posting.
