    Work life balance, good comp vs. street, less uncertaintity than European banks. Feels like they really care on the values.

    Cons

    Small sales team/client reach, smaller department in London means politics important, little pathway to promotion

    Management tends to value work/life balance. Pay is good and security is great.

    Cons

    Very hierarchical and can be quite political. If you are looking to advance be prepared to attach yourself to a winning horse in the race.

    Pros

    Excellent workplace environment, strong pay and benefits. Mostly talented colleagues. Good work-life balance also and respect for employees.

    Cons

    As a bank, progression is never guaranteed and can take time. Some politics but this is unfortunately unavoidable.

    Staff have been there a long while and set in their ways Limited progression opportunities. Too many budget constraints. Very Toronto focused
