    It has been my dream to leave with my family in Canada and to work ,share my experience in accounts and other related field with my colleagues

    Cons

    The disadvantage of working in an unlimited hours of work is that ,the employee do not get enough time to rest which at the end may weaken the strength of the employee.

    Advice to Management

    Management should be much focus about the health matters of their employee since the human effort or the work force is also human assets for the company.More so, Healthy nation create wealth.
