      Pros

      Absolutely everything is amazing. I love working here from being proud of the product . This company looks after it's employees way better than any company I have seen ESPECIALLY during the covid 19. I am proud to work at QUARK and I am really really appreciative of everything they do for us.

      Cons

      Few natural growing pains but the Quark is growing so quickly it's impossible to avoid

      >Full scale support for almost anything you want... if you are driven and ambitious... company will support you to reach your full potential >Flexible work conditions, management does not put pressure when you are sick for example >Ability to work from home >Insanely strong product and marketing - very hard to compete with for competitors >Super friendly and supportive staff >Very nice location to work in

      Great Team (both in Dublin & Globally) Relaxed, welcoming environment Get to learn a variety of technologies Get to work on your own initiative and come up with good solutions to issues, really feel like your input is valued with the products and services

      Cons

      Switching between projects for different clients can be challenging at times Although training is provided it is through online resources, so you will have to do a lot of self learning
