      Amazing people. Quantum is full of amazing friendly people who will go out of their way to support you and make you feel welcome from your first day

      Cons

      A lot of people are underpaid, pay reviews don't happen often despite the work load being high. The company has some perks but this really is heavily dependant on who you get as a manager.
