    Working in P&G gave me the opportunity to work with other people who were highly skilled, motivated, and had strong values and principles.

    Cons

    When business is in a downturn, the company aggressively cuts costs, including headcount. This puts a lot of stress on the organization, and leads to short-term decision making.
