      An good opportunity to upgrade and enrich career yourself.

      Cons

      No high level manager assume responsibility to communicate with client. Loose management, senior employee (> 8 years) could not take ownership under pressure. Friendly culture, somehow indicate no discipline

      Pros

      Working for Primax is easy and the working environment is good, place close to MRT station.

      Cons

      Organization usually change and usually hiring higher level consultant, the new and fresh outside hiring people usually better inside long team working employees from top manger's mindset. The income just so so and profit sharing just limited.
