    I worked at Primark

    Pros

flexible hours Friendly workers (excluding managers)

    Cons

No discount Harsh and lazy management Employ too many and let them go when no longer needed. Favouritism is evident. I was bullied by one of the managers complained twice and nothing was done about it.

    Advice to Management

Sort out your management. Treat staff better. Abandon 3 month contracts

Management should allow employees to alternate between jobs. Not doing the same thing all the time). This will give employees valuable experience as they would have worked on various things.

I worked at Primark part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Easy work. Not much of a learning curve. Just like every store assistant job.

    Cons

Management just thinks they're so much better than everyone else under them. So far up their own ... Expect so much from their employees when you get nothing in return other than minimum wage. You get no discounts for the store except for a 2-week window around Christmas time.

    Advice to Management

Need to chill out a bit, its only Primark...
