Pros
Team work and great management
Cons
Long hours, not great pay
- Former Trainee★★★★★
Pros
The only pro was the money
Cons
Absolutely most toxic place I've ever worked at. Management team is there 15+ years and so unwelcoming towards new trainees and seem to hate the job. No team work at all and very poor organisation. Immature gossiping, arguments in front of the staff, backstabbing... Nothing I've expected from a company like Primark. Very big on words considering wellbeing but none in practice. Also very, very long hours, literally no life work ballance.
