No life work balance. Most upper management are unprofessional or have no idea how to run a store. They are eliminating positions and now you have to do the job of 3 people.
One "pro" about working at Price Rite is that the work is super easy. The cash register does most of the work for you.
Cons
There are more cons to working at Price Rite than I care to count; the customers are loud, obnoxious, and rude, the supermarket itself is dirty and you have to stand for long periods of time.
management will standby while customer’s berate you for incorrect signage
Starter job nothing more
Pay low
No benefits make a couple days of here don’t really accrue
Customer’s too friendly not normal interactions
Till switching should be done for all could be blamed for someone else bad count
Favoritism in all departments
Gossipy place
Needs to be cleaned better
If you take bus don’t recommend or make it clear to work early shifts
Groceries sits to long outside of suggested temps
Mindful of what you say to front assistants to managers - leads
Becomes boring after awhile
Let people keep their bonuses
HR works for company not you for this job
Policies are enforced for some managers not others .. handbook kind of contradicting focuses on things that are not important
