    Pros

    Great company to start your career. Great company culture. Very nice, well kept office with excellent views from every desk. Latest technology for every employee. Great gym.

    Cons

    Career growth is very limited. Office politics are very high. You can only have career growth if you are liked by management both within your department and the department you would like to move to. Company culture varies by department. Some newer Directors/VP are not following company culture hence their employees are not teated like the rest of the company. Also, the company hires too many Directors and VP. Some Directors don’t even have anyone reporting to them. Salary is not that great for a tech company.

    Excellent culture, great leadership team and truly people first! I am grateful, touched, and proud to be part of the PointClickCare family. PointCilckCare has been managed very well during this difficult time. Respond quickly, provide support to society and customer, introduce various support programs to employees and create diversity and inclusion working environment. I am confident that PointClickCare future is bright.

    Pros

    nice office, gym (however its busy and company just has it to get out of paying a health or rec benefit to the employee)

    Cons

    - the companies rating should be much lower by a few points since HR tries to get new employees to post up reviews within like a month of being there, to inflate the ratings and keep up the facade. lots of nepotism, bad managers who been with the company with the start and probably are not qualified. no leading tech, unlimited vacation so you get screwed over without getting that pay. pay is average, high turnover here greater than the industry average for tech. HR is overstaffed, can't acquire proper talent and company is lost in its identity. thinks its google by having ping pong tables around.

    Pros

    This company definitely has a terrific culture. Having worked on different companies in the past, I feel that PointClickCare definitely stands out with the way they care about their employees and treat them as 'family'. When you have great people who are passionate and enthusiastic, the performance just follows.
