Many dedicated and highly skilled front line and support staff.

Cons

Most management are incompetent and the higher you go up in management the more incompetent they become, with the new boss the most incompetent of them all.

Mercy offers training and reveiw in current employment status. Strong emphasis on the consumers they serve.

Cons

working conditions vary from good to poor. Must be an insider in order to advance. The empasis is on the consumer and not on the employee.

Great colleagues, numerous job opportunities within the organization, good benefits.

Cons

Overwhelming amount of work that far exceeds scheduled work hours. As no overtime is paid, the organization has no incentive to limit the duties and requirements of employees. A salaried employee can easily work 60+ hours/week for 37.5 hours of pay.
