      Pros

      none. owners and management care nothing about the employees welfare, and no room for advancement. Turnover is high. Owner worries only about how much money he is going to make, and does not care about anything else.

      Cons

      All of the above. I do not recommend this company. There are very unsafe with their crews and drivers.

      Can make some decent money. Growing company.

      Cons

      No room for advancement unless your last name is Perry. Company does not follow MD overtime laws, and shorts their employees on EVERY paycheck. Trucks and employees driving were generally unsafe, and there is a lot of turnover due to the toxic culture. Unless your goal is to make the Owner money... DONT WORK HERE!
