    I worked at Pearson full-time

    Pros

Good policies, better balance, good pay structure, amazing office space. I had great boss and colleagues

    Cons

Little kind on pregnant lady would have been good. They must consider people who wants to join them back as they would be potential performers.

I worked at Pearson full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Not much I can think off - salary came on time, basic system and process in place, good external brand

    Cons

In-fighting within the top management team in the India business unit - unclear goals, moving targets. Very little chance of being appreciated or promoted. Avoid the company unless you are totally desperate

I worked at Pearson full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Some of the smartest, most wonderful people with whom I've ever worked. The C-Suite was pretty male dominated, but many women at the VP- and director-levels

    Cons

Lots of talk about work/life balance, but the balance (in reality) always tipped towards work. Also lots of talk about career development, but doing so put you at risk for reprisal

As with a big change from print to digital, people can have high anxiety and not play nicely with each other.
