Horrible

Pros

For many years, many reviews later the only positive thing here are there are some very good people that work here.

Cons

Where do you start? First of all, all the BAD reviews are true. All the good reviews are from Senior Executives or employees that felt " obligated" once leadership " recommended and encouraged" employees to write good ones to offset the bad ones. There is very little training and most importantly, no career path unless you are in the "circles" Senior management is more focused on selling the company again and cashing out then providing day to day leadership. Turn over is very high here. They have some solid veteran people here that they have been able to retain through stock options and profit share. Problem is no one will say how many shares are issued or even what they are worth. Most Executives and Leadership positions work "remote" and are barely in the office. Leadership is so top heavy. Just about everyone is a VP or Director which is obviously more of a employee retention and recruitment strategy, as most have very little management, industry or leadership experience.

A terrible place to work

Pros

- There are some good people that work there in middle management. Thats the reason for the 1 star, but they are severely hampered by bully exectutives

Cons

- Bullies in executive management - Absolutely zero direction, my first day there I asked for a company vision document, a year later there still wasn't one - Executive management sets you up to fail to "demonstrate" how incompetent the other executives are. - Executive managers are constantly battling each other - Product development methodologies and procedures are outdated by 20 years, little to no desire to change

Rethink your management

Pros

Some really great people work there.

Cons

Individuals who have no business being in charge of departments are out in place. Situations are left sitting for months, only for it to blow up into a snowball of problems that are then pushed off to individuals that shouldn't even be handling them. Supervisors and middle management would much rather talk about "the good old days" of PartsSource than fix any problems. “The good old days” were only good because there was actually a manager who never would had allowed things to fall through the cracks like they have in the past year. Supervisors gossip and talk bad about employees on the floor, when other staff on the floor can hear everything that is being said. Training is almost non existent, or someone will not be trained to follow procedures correctly. Multiple people have complained about these issues and nothing has been done. They wonder why they can't hire reliable employees that will stay for longer than a year.
