Parmatech is a people first company and I feel that my work adds value everyday.

I moved out of the retail world into IT because of Parmatech/ATW taking a chance on me. They invested a lot in my growth, always treated me with value, and I had the greatest experience being a part of the company. Every day I came in, I learned something or I felt like an important part of our team. I developed great relationships in both the office and with production, maintenance, our QA team. The company has a real family atmosphere and I saw several people retire after being there for over 20 years. I think that really says something about them. Also had great experiences with our corporate team and the president of ATW. They were always approachable and kind.
