I have been working at Pareto Law full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

A great company to work for - work hard, play hard sales environment. If you work hard, you see the results. Sales is about attitude, competence and motivation, which is what Pareto assess for through their process. Company has a great culture and reward their staff as you'd expect in any sales job from vouchers to holidays and nights out to fancy dress days.

    Cons

It's a hard job and success doesn't come over-night. If you work hard, you'll reap the rewards. It can be long hours, but you get out what you put in.

    Advice to Management

Progression and support to the trainee's needs to be more streamlined, but at the same time the managers need support to help grow the superstars of the future

I worked at Pareto Law full-time

    Pros

Fantastic people to work with, lovely offices in the heart of Cheshire, work hard - play hard attitude. Always someone to help you

    Cons

Hard sell sales environment, very long working hours, a lot expected from you, if you don't perform then you are out of the door

    Advice to Management

Perhaps a bit of a softer approach. Recruitment days are manic and maybe should be a bit more friendly and structured
