    Cons

-Politics at the top are horrible and tend to trickle down -Lots of changes after the SiriusXM acquisition -Very conservative place, extremely afraid to take risks -moves at a snails pace, reluctant to change -You have to be there at least 3 years before you get a promotion, not a great place to grow your career

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Pandora Media, LLC full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The culture allows work from home a significant portion of the time

    Cons

Some questions I wish I had considered before joining Sirius (the glassdoor entries for Sirius and Pandora should be combined btw): What kind of technical leadership does the company have? How sophisticated is the technology you’ll be using? How is the business performing? Will you be working with people who know the tricks of the trade? It turns out that you get what you pay for – the comp figures I’ve heard for senior individual contributors on technical staff are in line with those of entry-level college grads at FANG.
