      I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at PEX. What stood out most to me was the emphasis on work-life balance. The company offers flexible schedules, promotes wellness, and encourages employees to take time for themselves. The work culture is collaborative and inclusive, making it easy to share ideas and feel heard.

      Cons

      There really aren't any major downsides to working at PEX. However, like any organization, there are always areas for continued growth.

      The people here are the companies most valuable asset. Very smart, driven, individuals that value collaboration and are willing to go the extra mile. There are no egos here,. only hard working individuals who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

      none worth nothing here. This place has amazing people and a top notch culture.
