      - Great People - Onsite barista - Massages - Frontline of technology

      Cons

      - Never seen a CEO clock watches staff like this one - Cut throat culture bred into work place - Performance is based on how many hours you work as apposed to how well you do your job. They have an excel sheet that literally checks the hours spent in office. - Above point is also how the CEO decides your bonus, if you brown nose HR though you might get them to fight for you - HR department is not professional and act on hidden agendas. - CEO is very experienced and can spot inadequacy quickly, however he has a military style leadership and seems very "old fashioned" - CEO sees IT as a liability rather than asset

      -Subsidised coffee and meals -ambitious ceo with a vision - good space for beginners - positive business outlook - technically able team

      Cons

      - I dont understand the positive comments about the culture at the company. From a distance it looks like an edgy company but it turns out to be a hollow facade. "Culture" varies from team to team. Overall though, it's just work work work. Too many egos. - the ceo doesn't seem to take the IT department seriously -salary is below market - monotonous uninspiring work - management is on the young and inexperienced side - I feel that the management have failed to create a space where people want to go and work every day - departments are a bit disjointed /unaligned - a few egos -mostly youngsters. It seems either they cannot get more experienced people or that the employees move on - high turnover - dont feel like you can really own your work - old school management style - chaotic and disorganized. Systems and processes could be better organized and conceptualized. - zero documentation
