- I saw several people bullied.
- Management took diversity training but it made no difference.
- A lot of the technology is old and migration will happen "soon™"
- I witnessed an extensive blame culture.
- When you try and help improve the company you will be met with sincere interest and no follow-through.
- Advice on Senior management hires was sought but always ignored. For example, an interview panel rejected one candidate based on Skills culture and fit, but they were hired anyway, created a dictatorship and left within a year after causing significant disruption and massive attrition.
- Roles appeared to be invented to hire friends of Senior management (Who left after a year)
- Personal financial gains seem to outweigh the interest of the business.
- As far as I understand the direction of the company was around getting and distributing farm/farmer's data. Which I don't agree with.
- Exit interviews are not offered to everyone, I believe they don't want to hear some people's opinions.
- Name change from AgSpace to Origin Digital I assume to ignore it's history.
- The CIO has a "Wait and see" attitude which my experience was just letting everything spiral out of control and not taking any action even when the company is a shell of its former self.
