    Am I underpaid? Hey everyone. Junior UXD here, hitting year 2 at Oracle. With that experience and my education/work experience I have about 4 yoe total. Recruiters keep DMing me on LinkedIn offering me Senior Designer roles with TC in the $120k+ range. Currently I’m making $80k TC. So… am I underpaid? Should I leave?
