      The pay should be improved and is below average for certain sectors The training needs work... have defined career paths for people The benefits are thin on the ground. Better leave entitlement and make the bonus worth working for. It's a pittance. The current senior leadership have cut too many corners its hardly worth working here anymore The public image recently tarnished despite the good news story being told internally
