    Pros

Lots of exciting and challenging projects on the go with a clear roadmap to profitability. Very clever engineers with an inclusive culture. Great place to learn quickly and meet great friends.

    Cons

Very difficult milestone to achieve with little room for error. Relatively minor mistakes led to costly project delays. Very high employee churn rate. Not paying enough to keep the best and most experienced employees around.

    Pros

Openhydro has lots of opportunities, great work colleagues, lots of travel if you're interested and really interesting and exciting technology.

    Cons

It's a very busy work environment with lots of stress and really tight timelines. Projects and goals are always ambitious and really difficult to achieve.
