Lots of exciting and challenging projects on the go with a clear roadmap to profitability. Very clever engineers with an inclusive culture. Great place to learn quickly and meet great friends.
Cons
Very difficult milestone to achieve with little room for error. Relatively minor mistakes led to costly project delays. Very high employee churn rate. Not paying enough to keep the best and most experienced employees around.

Openhydro has lots of opportunities, great work colleagues, lots of travel if you're interested and really interesting and exciting technology.

It's a very busy work environment with lots of stress and really tight timelines. Projects and goals are always ambitious and really difficult to achieve.

- Very high level of talent within the company - Good work atmosphere - Flexible work hours - Sociable co-workers (lots were international) - Amazing view from the office

- Unclear organisational structure - Information sometimes suppressed / hidden within the company - Poor communication from management (some people were sent abroad with work and told they would be there for 2 weeks. This then turned into 4 weeks, then six weeks, then 8 weeks etc.)
