Great benefits, great people. Really enjoy the team. I like the technologies being used and personally never really get bored.

Cons

Salary isn't as great as other places.

Pros

Great people, work-hard / play-hard values, great benefits (besides the delayed 401-k eligibility), lots of paid holidays, in-office game room, very relaxed work schedule (I assumed from management and observation), employee camaraderie, etc... I was hired for my expertise and skill-set and appreciated and commended by everyone I produced work for. I loved this company.

Cons

Abruptly terminated despite producing work that surpassed all expectations of the project stakeholders, colleagues, peers. No legitimate reasoning behind it or forewarning. Just a quick execution and embarrassing treatment out the door.

Pros

Trips were fun yet these will never happen again. There were some really great people working here but they are all gone now. All the C levels have been replaced in the last year. There main pillars or projects have all been tried before and failed.

Cons

If you are looking for a place to grow this company is not for you. All manage was replaced over the last two years and there is no longer any chance for advancement. The CTO is nothing more than a little baby who throws temper tantrums. They tried having scrum master and these guys were fired. The product group is nothing but a bunch of idiots who use the demo's to learn how the product works. Engineering and ops are the only groups who know what's going on yet they are treated like crap. This is a failing company. Stay far away if you are smart.

This is a great company to work for, excellent culture, great people all around.

Cons

If you work in the Business Intelligence or Database Development arena, I would recommend staying away. The culture within this group needs a lot of improvement. Pedal to the Metal mentality is first and foremost, and it leads to a lot of mis-steps and crashes and late-night calls when the system breaks. Stick to your guns, hire the QA team, and separate the release responsibilities from the business responsibilities if you want to run an effective IT organization.

None any more. Used to full of great people but they're fleeing fast. The mirage that was OT has shattered.

Cons

Bad management, poor communication, leadership roles go to those who are undeserving, and the CEO will throw everyone to the wolves. The image of an inclusive workplace is a farce.
