I have been working at Office Shoes part-time

    Pros

Great environment - working people as a team. Almost like a family.

    Cons

Pay should be reviewed once a person is there after 6 months (especially a supervisor and above). Pay is not good - pay between supervisors and sales assistant very little. Cutting down on incentives for employees to stay.

I worked at Office Shoes part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great job for meeting people and developing interpersonal skills. Fun working environment and good opportunities to progress within the company. Fast paced and energetic environment to work in.

    Cons

The sales system in place doesn't always allow the best customer service to be offered as employees are encouraged to serve as many people as possible at any given time. Salary could be more competitive with rival companies.
