      poor software quality

      Pros

      work hour is flexible, good.

      Cons

      Software quality is bad. Engineers are not motivated due to poor pay, and lack of advancement. Junior engineers were doing senior people's job, therefore bad codes produced. Clients are not happy after a while, often projects are terminated early.

      The colleagues are nice, and the code standard is high. You can learn and grow in the company.

      Cons

      Its headquarters is in Beijing, So most of the complex work is being done in Beijing, so not a lot of chances you will get if you are in Xi'an.

      - Toxic HR department (If you ever need anything from the HR department, you will be treated like you are begging them, they will do everything they can to make it harder for you.) -Poor pay
