Pros
1. Oak North is an ideal organisation to work with in these time, when we all juggle many priorities at work and at home. The flexible work hours ensure that we can maintain a good work-life balance and enable better productivity. 2. The HR team’s response to the COVID crisis has been timely and effective. It has been assuring to know that the organisation cares for it’s employees beyond the office visible through the multiple HR initiatives. 3. Oak North offers great learning opportunities to not only sharpen our professional skills but also explore domains/areas that are still emerging. Working in an ever-evolving start up space with Oak North has helped me maintain a fast paced learning environment and challenge myself consistently.
Cons
Nothing worth mentioning. Fast paced nature of work requires quick adaption, which might not be easy for all.

Pros
None unless you desperately need the money
Cons
Useless top management - no clue on where they are heading. Company will shut shop soon. Even more pathetic top-level external hires Employees are clueless about their future

Pros
Decent pay at joining level.
Cons
You are treated as a machine that churns out financial models after models. So if this is what you call interesting work there will be loads to do. Terrible communication between teams and managers- a cultural trait that is imbibed in middle to top management. Almost all middle managers have extremely poor communication skills and are arrogant, to say the least. A "director" refused to meet for an introduction because he thought it was beneath him to meet a new joiner who is junior in the role.

Pros
Caring leadership that enables you to give your best Encourages certification to enhance skills Insurance coverage for self and family including parents I and my family were infected with Covid and we received all necessary support from the company. They provided free doctor consultation through which I was able to get the right advise early on and fight the disease at home All colleagues that I work with were extremely supportive and all work was taken off my plate for 6 weeks. I got necessary leaves without any deduction in salary Paid bonuses and salary increments on time Signed a number of new deals with clients
Cons
Culture of constant improvement and keep raising the bar may become challenging at times but brings the best in you and enables you to learn a lot!
