Pros

Family-owned company. I feel like part of a family and what I do makes a difference. Working closely with great co-workers that are extremely knowledgeable. Smaller sized companies need employees willing to suggest and help implement changes. Businesses in all manufacturing markets are changing with automation.

Cons

Remote locations across the country need support which is hard sometimes with limited staff at each location.
