I have been working at Noel Group part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They connect unemployed people with work opportunities.

    Cons

Work they provide requires a lot of commuting. For "new hires" there is very little care, support and information. Communication is sometimes on the hostile side and sense of hierarchy is noticeable. I personally feel like just a number to them and no respect and dignity is shown that I do the tough work so they can sit in the office and gossip.

    Advice to Management

Offer training in assertive communication for your staff and remind them that they are benefiting of the back of hard workers who should be treated with respect.

I worked at Noel Group part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I thinks one of the best reason to work for agency is to be free to mananger your own schedules and that when you are studing it is just what we need. Also as a temp worker, you’ll be represented by an agency with more contacts than you could ever develop on your own. Furthermore, the agency has the inside track on who’s hiring and what they’re really looking for. When you work with an agency, you come with a seal of approval and are well ahead of the applicant off the street.

    Cons

In low season there is not much work, sometimes you need more hours and unfortunately they can't provide it.
