- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
None, there was nothing positive about my experience but good incentives if you are willing to do what it takes to make money for the company.
Cons
Very bad experience in this company, if you want to have a work life balance then do not apply to work here. Working hours are not set, you you often work beyond your finish time every single day.... although management do not tell you to they have their ways of making sure you know its expected. Unrealistic expectations, pace of work unreasonably fast and in order to make targets you have to find a way to force candidates to take a job or you are the one who gets it for not placing someone. You get blamed for candidates not showing up to work and for dropping out. You get blamed for clients coming to us last minute for staff and when you have done all you can do, you still get it in the neck Phone rings all the time in addition to endless WhatsApp from candidates etc and constant flow of emails makes it impossible to work, micromanagement is a big thing here too and god help you if you don't do what you are supposed to you will be hounded 24/7 by management. In terms of the days onsite, there was no structure and days at home/in office were constantly changed last minute. Very high turnover

Pros
A good place to start part time work in Ireland. Good pay to augment daily bills. Available shifts.
Cons
Some warehouse jobs can be tedious. Regular change of consultants
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Jobs/shifts are allocated to workers as regards specified availability. Workers are notified on time with available shifts for confirmation which gives them enough time to prepare for work.
Cons
Some jobs descriptions are vague which doesn’t specify the entire job required from a worker. This forces some general warehouse operatives do some tasks they weren’t prepared for.
