    Pros

Invested in, given the tools to do your job. Any issues addressed and sorted. Valued as an employee. Really amazing company and the change with new senior management has been unbelievable.

    Cons

Some of the long term staff are still set in their ways. But that is all. Everything is great

    Pros

None, there was nothing positive about my experience but good incentives if you are willing to do what it takes to make money for the company.

    Cons

Very bad experience in this company, if you want to have a work life balance then do not apply to work here. Working hours are not set, you you often work beyond your finish time every single day.... although management do not tell you to they have their ways of making sure you know its expected. Unrealistic expectations, pace of work unreasonably fast and in order to make targets you have to find a way to force candidates to take a job or you are the one who gets it for not placing someone. You get blamed for candidates not showing up to work and for dropping out. You get blamed for clients coming to us last minute for staff and when you have done all you can do, you still get it in the neck Phone rings all the time in addition to endless WhatsApp from candidates etc and constant flow of emails makes it impossible to work, micromanagement is a big thing here too and god help you if you don't do what you are supposed to you will be hounded 24/7 by management. In terms of the days onsite, there was no structure and days at home/in office were constantly changed last minute. Very high turnover

    Lovely Place to Work

Nov 23, 2020 - Recruitment Consultant in Dublin, Dublin

    Pros

Management very accessible(even top management) open to discussion if there are ever any issues or concerns. Regular team building and sales training, while working remotely there has been numerous zooms with Rob Cullen, Kieth Barry etc to keep up morale. Regardless of ‘teams’ or divisions people are always willing to help each other.

    Cons

Working remotely can be challenging as you miss the office atmosphere.

    Pros

I have nothing good to say about Noel Recruitment.

    Cons

I worked in Noel Recruitment nearly 2 years and it was the worst job I have ever had. Company is traeting emplyees like slaves. They expect you will work since early morning untill late evenining and most weekends as weekend consultant is never avaialble or contacting you with many questions. I worked from the office since 9am to 5.30pm but was on the phone since 6am until 11pm. Very low salary, bonuses not achievable. The management is very bad, there was no talk just shouting all the time. Many consultants have no respect for candidates, candidates are not paid properly, many missed hours, holiday payments and payments at all. Accounts not helpful at all. Very high turnover with the staff. During my time in Noel Recruitment most of the staff left, going to different recruitment agencies. There is no reaction from HR department for any complains. You are just a number in this company. If you consider to start working for Noel better stay away! I’m giving one star, because I can’t give zero!
