      Don’t recommend

      Pros

Well-respected company Opportunity to make impact if you have the right team and managers who empower you Work from home flexibility - one big benefit and reason people happily stay here for many years Lovely, hard working people

      Cons

This is only reflective of the team, not the company, but I will keep this short and sweet: toxic work culture. I recommend asking how many teammates left in the past however many years and you can come to your own conclusions.

      Pros

Great company culture that helps you learn and grow. Senior management is very easy to approach and all the teams are very proficient at their work. Allows work from home and flexible working as well.

      Cons

Nothing is a con, you may work for long hours sometimes to meet deadlines but that is compensated with management's appreciation and other efforts to reward your hard work.
