Pros
I've been employed at Network Ninja for the last 15 years and truthfully could not imagine myself working anywhere else. The team I work with has been nothing short of amazing to work with and learn from and I would not be the person I am today without each of them. I am given the space to work on my tasks without micromanagement but still have all of the support and encouragement that I need as needed. Stressful moments can come with any job but I have always been grateful for the team's resilience and ability to face challenges head on. Our team communicates well with each other and opinions on how to solve problems or how we should move our product forward are heard and valued. In my position, I work closely with our clients and it's always a source of joy helping newcomers get acclimated to our software and really begin to flourish as MainEvent users. It feels more like partnership than a typical vendor/client relationship and we have real impact on their day to day processes. It's incredibly satisfying being able to help problem solve or plan for future programs and campaigns. When our clients succeed, we succeed.
Cons
I don't have much in regards to cons to list. Of course, over the years there have been challenges, but the team has remained responsive, adaptable, and continues to learn and improve.
