I have been working at Nando's UK full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very nice management team with extremely flexible working hours that can accommodate a hectic lifestyle. Would definitely recommend if you want to work hard and play harder.

    Cons

Sometimes as good as the flexibility is, rigidity lacks and so you can have difficulty planning ahead like trips, time off etc. And as you could be working weekends, it's not always as straightforward to get the time off you want.

    Advice to Management

The best advice I could give is to pay attention to staff needs as it is a relatively young workforce primarily composed of students, they have to take into account the availability hours.

    Pros

Great Team - It was like going to work everyday to hang out with family.

    Cons

The hours were TERRIBLE. Be prepared to give up life outside of Nandos. The money was shocking considering the hours and the amount of work involved for Managers.

    Advice to Management

Sort out the ours for Managers and more people have stay at Nando's.
