      Not a happy place. Avoid.

      Pros

      Few nice people, good location.

      Cons

      Toxic management. Bad business decisions. Sneaky tactics. No life-work balance Pointless meetings. No benefits (other than very basic ones) People seem to be stressed over basically nothing. No fun if you compare it with other places. Woke culture - if you like listening about "I support the current thing" and how often someone was sick after being fully jabbed - it's the place for you. Some individuals seemed a bit angry and completely unprofessional.

      Pros

      - Direct managers were very good - Bonus was good

      Cons

      - Company hired lots of people to work remotely going 1x per week to the office and changed it to 5 days a week forcing the majority of the team to leave. - HR was not aware about the laws and very hard to communicate as they will always postpone everything to get advise from somewhere. - No maternity leave - Communication with the main team in Canada is very hard which makes some people work much more than others, as nobody knows anything, specially after the main managers left the company.
