      Pros

      Nothing to appreciate.They gave fake promises..but nothing worked as per they said. Nothing was followed legally. complete cheating people India office.

      Cons

      Nobody followed professional ethics.literally harassment on employees.no respect. no values. No professional communication.Developer should do testing work. If you put bucket to supervisor then you can survive there. No proper process whatever lead and scrum master tells you should do or else they will target you and then you will be mentally harassed. Once you put paper with 2 to 3 days they will send you out. No job security. Before joining think 1000 times and join.

      No Pros, worst place to work.

      Cons

      No proper process. Very less leaves. No HR. No new technology. Inbuilt tools. Not even Waterfall model is followed here forget about Agile. Micro management, they will interfere in each and everything. They will force you to interact and socialize if you are a reserved person. No value for your intelligence. No documentation or tracking, all important things are communicated orally.
