      Great work environment. Technically challenging. Allowed me to perform at my peak and complete a patent.

      Not a high pressure job, unless you happen to get on a certain persons radar. You can move up pretty quick

      Cons

      Experience 10,20,30 years DOES NOT MATTER. They want you to pull orders and get them out, that is all that matters. You may get a raise in pay or you may not. they don't give without taking something or giving what they see as a perk. personally I think the job should pay more.
