I have been working at Musgrave Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The business is constantly growing and this brings with it many challenges and great opportunities to grow with the business .

    Cons

Legacy issues can impede progress and some long serving staff have difficulty embracing change .

    Advice to Management

Ensure middle management rely less on nepotism and more on merit when promoting staff. This will improve the staff retention level and provide a better long term return on our investment in training and development. Our staff are our biggest off balance Sheet asset.

I have been working at Musgrave Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good work culture, opprtunity to be involved as much as you wish to learn more. Good for entry level administration to build experience with a reputable company.

    Cons

They do not train or progress assistants to Manager/Assistant Manager roles, salary should be reviewed it's lower than similar roles in the market especially for the responsibilities you have.

    Advice to Management

Should be more room for progression outside of the Graduate Programme candidates. Review salary

I have been working at Musgrave Group full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good staff money ok and 12.5% discount. That is really all

    Cons

Not reccomened .pay rate is ok but people expect something more than money

    Advice to Management

Good motivation plan for staff ex. Monthly gym membership, weekend in spa for the best workers, no proper trainings and courses.. You can be easily move between departaments in the shop.no possible to go higher.. Owners should wear that red shirt themselves at leas for 1-2hours, they are like plastic bags. Its a joke we have to wear that shite for minimum 8hours without proper working air cond.
