    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Musgrave Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

People you work with on a daily basis Canteen

    Cons

Job Titles are altered so they do not have to benchmark you against the industry, awful management (seem to promote people who are not natural managers), workload is too much and they won't hire new staff, always promoting graduates (who always end up leaving within 2 years) and men, no consideration for the staff's opinion or ideas, managers ringing staff when they are out sick, all about promoting mental health... but HR will not step in when asked for help.

    Advice to Management

Look at who you have as managers. If a manager happily stands at an employee's desk screaming at them are they a good manager? Also look after your staff. Keep and promote the people who want to stay there.

    Neutral Outlook
    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Musgrave Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Working as a warehouse operative in kilcock, hard work at start picking mostly but given opportunity after a while to train up, can choose to night shift and overtime rates are good. Full bonus is pretty unachievable unless you want to kill yourself altogether. Overall not bad, they give you every chance to succeed. Also good canteen and subsidized tea coffee.

    Cons

Older staff on old contracts that have better conditions do very little of the harder physical work but get paid more which makes a lot of them arrogant and look down on newer staff so politics is rife in this place and people ready to report you at any opportunity. Unfair really people getting paid different rates but just the way it is.

    Advice to Management

Try do something about long term staff arrogance towards newer staff, long term staff thinking they own the place , think they shouldn't be picking or doing any heavy work, in my experience it leads to poor morale
