      Incredibly unsafe. No regard to safety, in fact they look down upon it. They will fire you for refusing unsafe work.

      Pros

      Everyone has an opportunity to do great things. The only thing that holds someone back is their own bias for action. There is no such thing as, "I told you so", it's about elarning and getting better.

      Cons

      Old school culture, lot's of agency people that churn through the production organization, lack of formalized training opportunities, fats paced at times.
