Stable working environment. Good salary. Excellent cantine.

Cons

Be aware of a deeply rooted fear culture in clin ops/clin dev area. The hierarchical structure is rigid with a clear divide between "managemen" and "the plebs".

Innovative Technology Small company with flat hierarchy good benefits Team Spirit well developed and encouraged Met many competent, bright and nice people

Cons

Difficult to succeed and develop a career "Old", established employees are treated well but young scientists are often just employed for project duration and have no chance of development Sometimes chaotic lab processes (this might have improved)
